It's been a zoo around here

Yep, Sheba is in the doghouse today. She was up all night waking dad up to let her out. When she would'nt come in he went back to bed. In my dreams I heard this noise that sounded like a small dog jumping on a screen door. When I awoke there was Sheba at the door, wet and cold and not very friendly. She didn't even say "hi" on her way to dads bed.
Dad didn't get much sleep last night and don't want Sheba back. In
the photo it looks like they kissed and made up but I know better. I made a bed for her in my bedroom but she likes a people bed and a electric blanket.

We gave our prize rooster "Mr. Wilson" to the neighbor but he came back today looking for love. He's in the henhouse tonight and I don't hear any cackling (if you know what I mean). It's been a zoo around here today.

another year

For those of you that follow my blog, last year the goats got there head stuck in the fence multiple times. Happy new year and another year of heads stuck in the fence. We stacked up this firewood and mommy goat had to get at it to eat the moss off of it. I should label these posts, "dumb and dumber".

To try and keep the voles down I built this nice owl house. Its for barn owls but I'll welcome any owls. Who you say? Just a clever owl joke, who. I'll build more if owls move in, they say to have 1 per acre. I may even have an owl cam. Who you say? You almost laughed this time, almost. Admit it. I think it would be wise to stop typing now.

I tried a social networking site but didn't have any replys, maybe they didn't like the way I talk. I wrote.

I like poetry, long walks on the beach and poking dead things with a stick.
