A sad scary story about the 4th of July

We found our youngest Llama today dead. She was strangled to death by some snarly branches hanging down from a tree. The other Llamas were wanting to get out of that pasture so we thought something might be wrong. It was a total freak thing. The scary part is it was firecracker, the Llama that was born on the 4th of July. I'll post pictures when I can get back to my main computer.
I didn't go fishing the ocean was to rough.

Going to Vancouver Washington next Friday.

Lag in posts

Yes there have been a lag in posts. My Aunt Ruby is visiting and I gave her my room and she likes it alot warmer than I do. The garden is really growing and I'm going fishing tomorrow am at 3 am. I'm taking my camera and will for sure have pictures even if we don't catch anything. I'm staying in the trailer and its sorta like camping except I go in the house and cook for everyone. Tonight we had spaghetti and meatballs. Its been hot here, it got up to 88 today. I'll try and post a picture tomorrow..

Shebas new shoes

Sheba has been clam digging with me for 6 days now. I tried to get a movie of her trying to walk thru the mud but it didn't work. Notice her shoes of mud she has on. She never complained once which is more than most people can do.

Clams

This week are real low tides. I've been clamming for 3 days now and I have enough to can. I got 16 half pints. It'll make real good clam chowder this winter.
