Here is some Oriental cabbage that I planted not to long ago. I don't know if your supposed to cook it or make a salad of it, so, I'm going to make a salad of it. It sure looks good, doesn't it.

That us some good looking cabbage. Yeah, I'd eat it raw. The leaves look delicate enough... Then again, so do mustard greens and they are not so great raw. Maybe you better have a test leaf.
I had a test leaf and I got this urge to breed like a rabbit. Instead of going for a walk I went for a hop.
Its good in salad and now I'll try cooking some of it.
