Dad picked squash today. Say, anybody like squash? We dug potatoes and I picked tomatoes, again. The monument chinese cabbage is wonderful and we have lots of it. We also have lots of carrots and beets. Oh yea and, collard greens.

Fresh, garden squash sounds so much better.
Hi Ole, yes there good. I peel them and cut them in pieces coat in olive oil, honey and chinese 5 spice and roast in the oven. Mmmm there good that way.
